1. The Resident Permit Services
Resident Permit provides the Contracting Party the access to a web-based Platform which enables the acceptance of cryptocurrencies as payment for goods and services, and has developed these Terms in order to describe the terms that govern the use of the Platform.

The Contracting Party is a validly existing entity and/or corporation which offers goods and services to its customers and wishes to receive the purchase price in fiat currency.

The Contracting Party may request a transaction in cryptocurrency from another external Party and wishes to receive it in fiat money.

The Contracting Party instructs Resident Permit to accept the payment of the purchase price in cryptocurrencies by the use of Resident Permit’s software and application programming interface (API) on behalf of the Contracting Party.

Further, the Contracting Party instructs Resident Permit to provide, resourcing to a third party provider, for the conversion of the cryptocurrencies into fiat currency. The said third party provider shall also accept on its own accounts, but on behalf of the Contracting Party, the fiat currency amounts. Resident Permit may perform refunds to the Contracting Party’s customers on behalf of the Contracting Party.
2. Registration
In order to use our Services, the Contracting Party must register on our Platform.

Upon registering, and in the course of the onboarding registration process in the Platform, the Contracting Party will be required to provide any information requested by Resident Permit either regarding any company’s business, or of any other type.

To verify the Contracting Party’s identity, to assess business risks, and in order to comply with the applicable legislation and regulations, we will require any and all necessary documentation in order to proceed with the registration in our Platform. We may also obtain information from third parties and identity verification services.

We have the right to reject any account registration for any reason whatsoever, namely, but without limitation, due to lack of information or due to the conclusions derived from the analysis of any specific information, or to later close any account, at our own and sole discretion, namely, without limitation, if the information provided is not true, accurate and complete or we suspect there is a breach of these Terms.

The Contracting Party will then be asked to expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By creating an account and/or by simply using Resident Permit’s Platform and website, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of these terms included in this Agreement.
3. Certification
The terms “We”, “Us”,” Our” mean Resident Permit. The terms “You” and “Your” refer to You, as a user or visitor of our website provided Services. The term “personal data” refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as “data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more specific characteristics expressing the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person, as set out the GDPR. In addition, personal data comprises data of legal persons.
4. Scheduling
You may give Us information about You by submitting information on Our site or by corresponding with Us by email or otherwise. This includes information You provide when You register to use Our Site, subscribe to Our Site services, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on Our Site, and when You report a problem with Our Site. The information You give Us may include your name, address, email address, phone number, personal description or photograph. Any processing of your personal data is based on a legal basis which is indicated below.
